A hyper-local marketplace built for MAIT's campus on the MERN stack — peer-to-peer trading, canteen pre-orders, and stationery delivery, all in one place. Real adoption from students and vendors within weeks of launch. When canteen vendors hit a POS hardware wall the college wouldn't fund, I made the call to sunset rather than prop up a broken foundation — and open-sourced the full codebase so the work wouldn't disappear.

A centralized academic resource platform for IPU students, organized by branch, semester, and subject for fast, frictionless discovery. Grew to 800+ unique visitors and 120+ curated resources through pure organic growth — zero paid acquisition, zero marketing spend — with usage surging 3× above baseline in the weeks before mid-terms and finals.

Bivoxo is my AI-native, full-stack web development agency — built to apply the same product instincts behind Campus Blink and IPUNotes.app to client work. The original version of what later became Campus Blink. I built UniVerse with the same campus-marketplace vision, but didn't yet have the technical depth to take it to a fully production-ready state — so it never launched. I took everything it taught me and rebuilt the idea from scratch as Campus Blink, this time shipping it for real. Code's open-sourced on GitHub.
